Cdiscount Module

Required mode: Creation.

Go to the page "Products flow" tab "Products flow".

This feed allows you to send requests for product creation to Cdiscount. If a product is not already created on the marketplace, no offer can be made or updated for it.

Generate the feed

1) Click on the button to generate your products feed.

2) Once the products feed has been generated, it is recommended to check the products that will be sent. To do this, you have the link to your XML file containing the complete list of products that will be sent with the information transmitted.

3) After checking your file, you can export it to Cdiscount.

WARNING! This operation may take some time on the marketplace side depending on the number of product to be sent.

View logs

When generating your offers feed, you have additional information: the logs. These allow to inform you about the number of exported, filtered and erroneous products with the reason of the filter or error.

Index 1: This is where you will find your live logs. This allows you to keep an eye on your products.

Index 2: This section allows you to obtain the date of the last generation of your products feed as well as to download the associated log file. It is sometimes recommended that you send us this file for technical support purposes when you encounter an error that you do not understand when generating your products feed.

Update integration reports

As the integration of your products on your Cdiscount catalog may take time on the marketplace side, it is recommended to regularly update the integration reports of your products feed thanks to the section at the bottom of the page (see illustration below):

Updating these reports automatically switches the created products to "Update" mode so that you can send offers on them.
