Cdiscount Module
Webservice configuration
Tab: Generals.
Enter your API username and password.
If you have a "test" access provided by Cdiscount, the test mode must be set to "YES". The "Save and test" button allows you to test if the connection with the Cdiscount server works.
Once the connection is established, you can update your seller information. This will record the status of your seller account as well as the available carriers.
General configuration
Tab: Generals.
- Use specific prices: The discounted price corresponds to the specific prices of your PrestaShop product sheets, indicate if you want to use them or not.
- Enable sales: If this setting is set to "Yes", you will be able to schedule a period of sales on your offers. The specific prices of your products for which the period corresponds EXACTLY to your sales period will be used for the sales.
- Marketplace's reference and Marketplace's reference seperator: Allows you to choose how your seller references will be composed on Cdiscount.
- Description field: Choose the description field(s) you want to provide in your Cdiscount product sheets.
- Add the features to the description: Allows the choice to add features to the product description.
- Delete HTML code to the description: Allows you to remove the HTML code from your description.
- Delete the video to the description: In case you have videos highlighting only the product, you can leave them. If your brand or store name is displayed, please activate this option.
- Default warehouse for the orders: In the case of advanced stock usage, please enter the default warehouse for stock export.
Products
Tab: Products.
You will find here the configuration parameters related to the products sent in the feeds.
- Flow generation: Allows you to define the number of products to be processed per packet when generating the feed in order to relieve the server.
- Product title: Allows you to choose how the product name will be constituted on Cdiscount.
- Shape/condition: Allows you to associate the states of your PrestaShop with those of Cdiscount.
Pricing rules
Tab: Products.
These pricing rules are applied on your global catalog for the products having a price in the price range.
You have the choice between two pricing rules types:
- Amount: add X on your product's price.
- Percentage: add X% on your product's price.
INFORMATION: You can not add two rules with overlapping ranges.
WARNING! If you define pricing rules in your catagories rules, pricing rules of the module configuration will be overwritten.
Orders
Tab: Orders.
- Product name on the order: Allows you to choose the name of the product on the order between the name present on Cdiscount or the name present on your store.
- States of orders imported: Allows you to define the status of an order when importing it to your store.
- States of imported orders (Cdiscount Fulfillment): Allows you to define the status of a fulfillment order when importing it to your store.
- States of orders shipped: Allows you to define one or more statuses for which orders can be shipped.
- Synchronise shippings by a CRON task: If this option is set to "YES", order shipments will no longer apply when the status of an order changes.
- Preparation time (days): Allows you to define a global preparation time for your entire catalog. This parameter is not taken into account if a preparation time is defined in a category rule.
Carriers
Tab: Carriers.
This page is only available if you have logged in to the marketplace.
During your first visit, you will be asked to update the list of available carriers for your Cdiscount account.
Then associate each Cdiscount delivery method with a carrier of your PrestaShop by indicating the amount of the shipping costs as well as the delivery time.
You also have the possibility to define a free delivery for four delivery modes:
- Standard
- Tracked
- Recommended
- Mondial Relay
WARNING! They can also be defined in the category rules. These two parameters are CUMULABLE.
Example : You offer delivery for the delivery mode "Standard" in the general configuration and offer delivery for the delivery mode "Tracked" in a category rule. You will then have two delivery modes offered for product categories with this rule.
Finally, for each of your used PrestaShop carriers, you must associate a Cdiscount service in order to obtain a tracking URL.
Marketplaces
Tab: Marketplaces.
You will find here all the sales channels linked to your seller account.
Today, Cdiscount has consolidated all channels into one. So you will have only Cdiscount.
