Manomano Magento Module

Settings

Open the ManoMano Module on the Magento menu bar and click on “Settings”. You will access a submenu. Let’s see the different settings in detail.

Connections

Enter your ManoMano marketplace credentials for each of your platforms to test the connection.

By enabling the test mode for an account you can easily test the orders flow. A button to test the connection with the marketplace is available to check if the account is accessible. The "Connected" status will be displayed if the connection is successful. Else, the "Error" status will be displayed. In that case please contact our ManoMano support team.

If you wish to import fake orders for testing the API responses, please contact ManoMano support.

WARNING! Please remember to save credentials before to test the marketplace connection.

Please repeat the process described above for your ManoMano Fulfilment and Pro account.

Generals

From the Generals section set the following options:

Default warehouse: Define whether you want to select a specific warehouse to manage orders/stocks. In case of advanced stock use, please enter the default warehouse for stock export. Please ensure that you do not select any other value. Here you can select the different warehouses. Stocks are only transferred from the selected warehouse.

Use the reduced prices: Define whether you want to use the retail prices on the marketplace.

Sales: Define whether you want to enable sales on the marketplace.

Products

Here you will find parameters related to the product's flow. Set the following options valid for all products in catalogue:

Limit of the products flow: it describes the number of products exported to MM per second. There is no time limit. If you select 100 products, the flow rate is 100 products per second. If you have a slow server, it is better to choose smaller product packages so that the server is not overloaded. With a fast server you can send large packages of products. 100 products works very well for most retailers.

Export disabled products: Define whether you want to export the disabled products in Magento to ManoMano or not.

Display disabled categories: Define whether you want to display the disabled categories or not.

Delete HTML codes from the description: Define whether you want to remove the HTML code from the description or not.

Delete Images from the description: Define whether you want to remove the images from the description or not.

Delete Videos from the description: Define whether you want to remove the videos from the description or not.

Orders

Three parameters are available in this section.

Orders Validation: The automatic order validation will automatically accept orders which are imported to your Magento shop.

Order shipment by CRON task and Order Invoice by CRON task: By enabling the CRON task for the shipment an automated notification is sent to ManoMano to inform the customer that the order has been shipped. The invoice CRON task is deprecated for ManoMano.

WARNING! The shipment must be placed in the back-office for the CRON task to send the shipment notification to the marketplace. Same for the invoices.

If CRON tasks are disabled, each of these tasks will be made manually.

Carriers

Here you can configure your carriers. For each platform and country you can make different configurations. Please take into account that this section might be one of the most complex ones.

To set up your carrier configurations you need to make sure if you are using a carrier grid or not. See below for more details.

If you are not using a carrier grid

Use the carrier price list: For ManoMano Classic and Pro platforms please disable the function.

Additional Shipping costs: This field allows to add a shipping cost for each additional product. Use the dot instead of the comma for the decimal numbers.

Select the Carrier: Enter the carrier name and shipping time for each country (you can configure only 1 carrier per country).

If you are using carrier grid

Use the carrier price list: For ManoMano Classic and Pro platforms select enable the function.

Remember to send the price ranges and zones to your Technical Account Manager.

Additional Shipping costs: This field allows to add a shipping cost for each additional product. Use the dot instead of the comma for the decimal numbers.

Select the Carrier: Select the Carrier, enter the carrier name (must match to the ones provided to ManoMano) and shipping time for each country (you can configure up to 6 carriers per country):

For ManoMano Fulfillment platform just select the carrier

Filters

This part allows filtering brands in the product flow. There will be a direct impact on the product flow.

The action arrows help to organize your brands. You can either move brands to the allowed column or the disallowed column. This action is available for all platforms.

Mappings

In the mapping, we talk about EAN, manufacturer and color to retrieve the right attributes to fill in these fields in the CSV file. These fields do not exist on a basic installation of Magento, it is essential to map them. If these fields are not mapped, the products cannot be exported. So, this part allows you to define attributes which are corresponding to expected attributes in the product flow. It is of special importance to configure these settings. Otherwise, your product flow will be empty.

Please select the right attribute name in your catalogue for ManoMano EAN, Manufacturer and Colour. According to your Magento configuration, the attribute names don’t change. For example:
