Manomano Woocommerce Module

Webservice configuration

Go to the settings tab.

Select the small connections tab if you have not already done so. Enter your customer username and password. Once connected you must make the settings on your store.

If you have a "test" access provided by ManoMano, you must set the test mode to "Yes". The save button allows you to see if the connection with the ManoMano server works.

General configuration

The "General" part of the second menu

In this section, you have multiple options:

SKU for the Marketplace: ManoMano will use this field as a key to recognize products in the catalog and on orders. Please leave the Woocommerce Product_ID to avoid changes in SKU codes.
Use Promotions: Choose if you want to use the discounted prices in the flow.
Reception Mail: Insert here the e-mail address that will receive alerts of failed orders.

Products

The "Products" section of the second menu

In this part, several parameters can be configured regarding the product flow data.

You can:

Export unpublished products
Choose which description field to use
Remove the HTML code from the description
Remove images from the description
Remove videos from the description

Orders

The "orders" section of the second menu

In this part, you first have the possibility to activate or deactivate the validation of the order on the Manomano side during the import.

Then you can choose the different statuses of the orders that will be assigned to the actions:

when importing an order.
trigger the sending of an order.

Carriers

The "Carriers" section of the second menu

In this part, for each platform and each country, you have the possibility to configure the carriers used.

If you want to use the price grid, this option must already be activated on the Manomano side.

In all cases, configure the carriers you use and do not forget to enter their delivery times.

Configuration of custom fields

The "Mapping" part of the second menu

In this part, you will have to perform a mapping of some fields necessary for Manomano and which must match those of Woocommerce.

You will find a field for :

the manufacturer
the color
the tracking number

The fields to be selected correspond to the custom fields of the products or orders. These can be created manually during the administration of the products or orders.
