All about the use of the module and its features
The ManoMano system allows you to retrieve a feed directly from your site. This means that the feed is first generated locally on your server and then retrieved at certain times of the day. (It is very often a 3-hour rotation between each retrieval).
It can sometimes happen that the stream is punctually invalidated, because ManoMano comes to retrieve this stream at the time of generation on your server. This causes the recovery of an empty file, but don't worry, everything comes back naturally to the next stream recovery.
You send information about one of your products, a change in price, stock, etc... This product doesn't update despite the verification of the presence in the feed and in the logs.
So it's time to check two things:
You have doubts about updating your feed?
You can check it very quickly in the "product feeds" tab of the module. The last date of the feed is displayed.
If this is not the case, we invite you to contact your webmaster in order to set up your automated tasks (CRON).
The order import system of the ManoMano Prestashop module retrieves the carriers of the order from ManoMano and then matches them with those of your shop. However, the association is made on the name of the carrier.
It is therefore very important to know the names of the carriers you offer on the ManoMano platform before configuring the module. This will avoid blocking the import of orders on your shop.
It is possible to overload the names of your carriers in the module. This will allow you to make the link without changing the names of your carriers on your shop.
ManoMano order imports only work automatically on orders in "pending acceptance" status.
In the "order flow" tab of the module, you will be able to see all the pending orders, or all the orders of the last 15 days following a particular date.
It is important not to confuse the API identifiers and the ManoMano ToolBox identifiers. These identifiers are different, it is therefore necessary to ask your account manager for these identifiers for each platform where you are going to sell.
